How to unify and promote a brand on a national level.

Gateway EDI is an electronic data interchange clearinghouse that processes medical claims between physicians and insurance companies.

They are a large, successful company, however their marketing materials and advertising made them look small. They wanted a clean and professional look that matched their philosophy. After taking a look at their existing marketing materials, we found that the lack of consistency was one of the most visible downsides. Their logo was solid but was being used differently in each project. We recommended a complete overhaul of all materials to update the brand and make a cohesive package.

This included changing the voice of the company from typical medical-speak, to a more friendly, human, relatable voice that talked to people.

Once the new direction was set, everything from the seasonal newsletter, direct mail pieces, email campaigns, to the graphic signage in their office was produced to reflect the new brand.

The result was a unified group of resources that all worked together to properly reflect Gateway's powerful and friendly image. We also set up tracking to record the results of various campaigns.

Gateway continues to be impressed with our work after 2 years of partnership and we look forward to continuing the cohesion of their marketing materials.
