LoftWorks, a city developer in St. Louis, Missouri is dedicated to the revitalization of the downtown area. They have a selection of excellent retail, office and residential properties throughout downtown. But their focus is not just on these properties. It is on developing the entire neighborhood to create an urban experience for people that work, visit and live downtown.
They came to us because their site, while housing the information on their properties and goal, didn't get across the vibe they possess.
As a result, we designed a site that incorporated a vibrant color scheme, exciting visuals and a more informative and friendly voice. In this way, visitors to the site not only saw the properties they could live in, but the happenings and atmosphere of the neighborhood they would be a part of.
