Our Process. Making Creative Matter.

  1. Define

We begin with a brand analysis. This series of questions enables us to begin a conversation with clients that will result in a perceptive look at the business and market of their company. It also allows us to understand goals, identify strengths and weaknesses, and get to know the personality of our clients.
  2. Research

We begin to research our client’s market, the competition, the target audience, etc. Once we've done this, we meet internally to compare the client-based brand analysis to our own. We look for similarities and differences and reconcile the two into smart, on-target solutions that we recommend to our clients. This is the step in which marketing plans and strategies come to life.
  3. Explore / Concept

Once we know whom we're talking to and the types of media we'll utilize to best convey the message, we need to develop that message. What will it look like? What will it say? How will it say it? This is the step that takes our ideas and gives them a face and a voice.
  4. Create

The look and the messaging have been established. Now, it's time to apply these to the deliverables: brochures, websites, business cards, advertisements, direct mail pieces, etc.
  5. Execute

This is the step in which all the pieces come together. Your messaging is surefire, the ink is dry on the printing, the website is coded up, and the ads are laid out. Now, it's time to implement the marketing strategy and calendar. Who is seeing or hearing about your brand? When are they seeing or hearing about you? What are they leaving the experience with? It's where form and function blend together into a seamless element of effective communication.
