Mosby’s Suite: Aligning a Healthcare Brand with the Needs of its Audience

Mosby’s Suite: Aligning a Healthcare Brand with the Needs of its Audience

Our latest healthcare marketing project really started six years ago. In 2008, Atomicdust created the Mosby’s Suite brand for Elsevier, uniting four nursing-focused products under one website and cohesive promise: Confidence Connected.

Since then, healthcare has changed a lot, with new challenges emerging every day. The Mosby’s Suite products have evolved, too, now covering areas beyond nursing, like respiratory care. So they needed a new website – and they called on us to design it.

As should be the case, we found that the core truths of the brand we had previously uncovered were still relevant – the products in Mosby’s Suite continue to help nurses and health professionals make fast, informed decisions with confidence. This was the cornerstone of their previous site, and continues to drive all messaging moving forward.

Throughout the process of evaluating and redesigning the site, we wanted to make sure every page answered key questions for prospects, including “What is Mosby’s Suite?” and “How will it help me conquer the challenges I face every day?”

Each page is also designed to inspire people to take very specific actions, too – from digging deeper into the site and signing up for updates, to contacting sales and requesting a demo.

The new website is built on WordPress, so as the healthcare industry continues to change and the products evolve, the site can grow right along with them with little or no additional coding required.

We believe that when a company stays true to itself and the needs of its customers, its brand can survive any industry change. Products may shift, websites may be redesigned, but a strong brand always remains consistent. We’re proud that was the case with Mosby’s Suite.
