Get Buzzed: Atomicdust’s ‘Brand and Brew’ Saison

This Friday, we’re capping off an already busy St. Louis Design Week with a special Live in the Alley – the monthly block party hosted by our friends down at TOKY.

As usual, Locust Street will be shut down between Garrison and Cardinal for live music, food by Bailey’s Restaurants and a special craft beer-themed design competition. After all, what would a Midtown Alley gathering be without a little friendly competition?

Each participating agency – that would be us, Scorch, Switch, Moosylvania, Marketplace, TOKY, Spoke and Osborn Barr – was tasked with creating a faux logo for one of the craft beers being served at the block party.

Atomicdust was given an autumn-appropriate Honey Nut Saison, and we were clearly inspired by the ingredients. Our logo features a bumble bee and honeycomb pattern, creating a badge that would feel right at home on bottles and pint glasses. And since saisons tend to have higher ABVs, this Honey Nut Saison is sure to get you ‘buzzed.’

So on Friday evening, come to the block party and cast your vote for our design. Voting tickets will be distributed with food and drink purchases, and the proceeds will benefit The Megan Foundation.
