Fortysil

LoftWorks is an urban real estate development company specializing in residential and commercial properties in Downtown St. Louis. With the closing of Highway 40, their mission of revitalizing the downtown area took an interesting turn. Facing four years of construction, we set out to unite the St. Louis Metropolitan area in spite of the closed highway that divided it. Highway 40 was a clogged artery in need of a bypass. The cure was Fortysil. We introduced St. Louisans to Fortysil by launching a multimedia campaign that included direct mail, outdoor advertising and online components. The campaign demonstrated how living and working downtown could cure the ails of traffic jams and detours, and could calm your general fears heading into this reported calamity. The campaign received tremendous media attention, netting LoftWorks articles in the Post-Dispatch, St. Louis Magazine, Alive and the St. Louis Business Journal, as well as a feature interview on Fox 2 News.
