Atomicdust Digital Strategist Job

Atomicdust is looking for a marketer who will guide our B2B clients to achieve their goals, by creating and executing digital strategies and ad campaigns, delivering performance reports, and developing and sharing recommendations for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client goals and develop digital strategies using digital advertising, content marketing, SEO and email funnels to achieve those goals
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-quality collateral that meets platform requirements and pushes leads through the marketing funnel
  • Conceptualize digital ad strategies, and build and manage audience lists and campaigns on all major ad platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Google/YouTube Ads and Bing Ads
  • Develop marketing campaigns, workflows, etc. in HubSpot
  • Review and analyze performance and report to clients with recommendations for continued improvement
  • Coordinate link-building efforts and implement basic SEO updates through awards submissions, website updates and ongoing authority-building efforts
  • Deliver a personalized client experience through ongoing communication and support

Required skills and qualifications

  • PPC management experience, including strategizing, building and managing digital ad campaigns on all major platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion techniques
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot automations, workflows, pipelines, etc. (HubSpot preferred, similar CRM experience is also helpful)
  • Willingness (and eagerness) to learn new channels, technologies and tools
  • Basic writing and social media skills
  • Excellent presentation/people skills
  • Experience in B2B industries, healthcare and other industries with long sales cycles preferred but not required
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • CRM experience (particularly HubSpot) is a plus
