Atomicdust Fall 2017 T-shirt Giveaway – OFFICIAL RULES

DESCRIPTION: The Atomicdust Fall 2017 T-shirt Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) will award ten winners Atomicdust-designed T-shirts every week. Contest entry starts September 25, 2017 with the first winners selected September 29, 2017. The Sweepstakes will continue while supplies last.

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Atomicdust (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at info@atomicdust.com during the Promotion Period.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may submit an entry form online using the sweepstakes entry form located at https://www.atomicdust.com/shirt-giveaway. Enter your name, email address, mailing address and T-shirt size and style preference. The personal information collected through the Sweepstakes will not be shared or used by any 3rd Party, though names may be announced on Atomicdust website and social media accounts.

Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address. Non-winning entries from previous weeks will be carried into the next week’s drawing.

Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia. Promotion is void in Puerto Rico and other US Commonwealths, Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

PRIZES: Each week ten (10) Atomicdust t-shirts with a total approximate value of $8.00 each will be awarded to the winners. Size and style are based on preference submitted by the Entrant. If preference is not available, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.

Only one prize per person will be awarded.

Prizes will be shipped to the address indicated on the Entry Form. Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The potential Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on a weekly basis. Winners will be selected from entries received during the Sweepstakes Period who have not yet won a prize. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period prior to each drawing.

Prizes will be shipped to the address indicated on the Entry Form. The winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winners entry. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Any return of prize notification or prize email as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be randomly selected.

PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.atomicdust.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.

As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, Licensed Rights ) in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
