Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Atomicdust (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information through www.atomicdust.com (the “Site”). For a complete, itemized list of the cookies and trackers we use and your consent choices, see our Cookie Policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, request a proposal, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring source, and approximate location. Non-essential cookies are blocked until you consent (see “Cookies and your choices” below).

Business-visitor identification. With your consent to marketing cookies, we use a visitor-identification service (RB2B) that may associate a visit with publicly available professional or business profile information to support our B2B marketing and sales follow-up.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries about projects, employment, and our services.
  • To send company news, events, our latest work, and marketing and design insights (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To measure and improve the Site’s content, design, and performance.
  • To deliver and measure advertising, and to follow up with business prospects, based on your interests and activity.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who act on our behalf, and — when you have consented to marketing cookies — with advertising and analytics partners.

Depending on the features active, these include:

  • Google LLC — Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion measurement.
  • HubSpot, Inc. — CRM, forms, and visitor tracking.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. and LinkedIn Corporation — advertising pixels and audience measurement (when active).
  • RB2B, Inc. — business-visitor identification.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — bot detection (Turnstile) and content delivery.
  • BunnyWay d.o.o. (Bunny) — video content delivery.

Each operates under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. Some of these providers are located in the United States; when you consent to marketing cookies, your data may be transferred there.

Our use of advertising and visitor-identification technologies (such as the Meta and LinkedIn pixels and RB2B) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). You can opt out of this at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and Cookie Settings links in our footer, or by emailing [email protected].

Categories of personal information

In the past 12 months we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial and inquiry information (the details of your request); internet and network activity (pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser data); approximate geolocation; and professional information (company, role) — including business-profile data associated through our visitor-identification service. We collect this from you directly, automatically through the Site, and from the advertising and identification partners listed above. We disclose these categories to those same service providers for the purposes described in “How we use information.”

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — generally for the duration of our relationship with you and a reasonable period afterward — and longer where required by law. Cookie consent records are retained for 13 months (see the Cookie Policy).

Cookies and your choices

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, personalization, and advertising. Non-essential cookies load only after you consent via our cookie banner; you can change or withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie Settings link in our footer, or by visiting our Cookie Policy. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct, or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] or 314-241-2866, or use the Cookie Settings link in our footer.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

The Site contains links to third-party sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies when you leave our Site.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information online and offline. Information submitted through the Site is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access is limited to people who need it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; updates are posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
