Build and grow brands rapidly.

Custom automations and AI-fueled tools that free up your team’s time, sharpen the customer journey and do the repetitive work that was quietly burning hours. Useful. Measurable. Built into the workflows you already use.

Ten hours back a week, every week

Leads that route themselves to the right salesperson

Reporting that assembles itself by Monday morning

Nurture sequences that run without a babysitter

AI tools your team will actually use, not shelve

Smarter marketing. Fewer clicks.

Every marketing team has a pile of work that doesn’t need a human but keeps getting one. Segmenting lists. Tagging content. Drafting copy that’s never published. Routing leads. Sending follow-ups. It adds up fast.

Atomicdust builds automations and AI tools that do that work instead. Connected to the systems your team already lives in: HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Analytics. Not a standalone platform you’ll stop logging into in six months.

The goal isn’t to replace the marketer. It’s to move the marketer off the repetitive work and onto the work that actually moves the business. Then prove it saved time. Then build the next one.

How we build AI + marketing automations for clients.

Saving your team’s sanity, one headache at a time.

Audit

We start by analyzing your workflow to find repetitive tasks that drain hours, and places in the customer journey where a combination of data, tech and creativity could change the game entirely. Starting conceptually, we’ll outline opportunities for new systems and prioritize based on impact.

Build

We build inside the systems your team already uses—HubSpot workflows, Salesforce rules, WordPress CMS—and can layer in custom scripts, plugins and data visualizations. Every automation gets tested and handed off with training so your team can hit the ground running.

Measure + Iterate

As the automation runs, we’ll measure performance and make adjustments for continuous improvement. AI-fueled tools can be updated with new data, extended functionality and new visuals so they always feel fresh.

The people who build the tools

No automation department, no handoffs—the people who scope your workflows are the people who build them.

A roadmap for what to automate next

Our philosophy on marketing automation is simple: free a team from redundant tasks so they space to pursue bigger ideas. Some of the best AI-backed automations are the most boring: workflows that save a team ten hours a week, every week, forever.

So we skip the buzzwords. No ‘revolutionary AI platform.’ No ‘leveraging machine learning.’ Just specific automations, mapped to specific jobs.

Our job is to find the work your team keeps doing by hand (or doesn’t have time to do at all) and build the system that takes it on. Sometimes that’s a HubSpot workflow. Sometimes it’s a custom script. Sometimes it’s a generative AI tool that drafts a first pass of content your team edits and approves.

Atomicdust’s automation work gives your team back the hours they’ve been losing to low-value repetition. Then we aim those hours at the high-value work only humans can do.

We’ve built automations for lean startups, industry leaders, and companies who just needed help maximizing their martech. The common thread: practical tools, built into real workflows.

Marketing Automation & AI FAQs

The ones we hear most.

No. HubSpot is common because a lot of our clients use it, but we build on whatever stack you have: Salesforce, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, custom CRMs. If your tools have an API, we can usually automate against them. If they don’t, we’ll tell you upfront.

Usually no. Most teams have tools that could be doing more. We’d rather make your current stack work harder than sell you into a migration you don’t need. That said, sometimes the honest answer is the current tool is holding you back. We’ll say it if it’s true.

Something high-value, low-risk and easy to measure. Lead routing based on territory or company size. A welcome email sequence that actually follows up. Automated report generation. Quick wins build trust for the bigger builds that follow.

Cautiously optimistic and clear-eyed. AI is a solid first-draft tool and a great research assistant. It’s a bad final editor. We build AI tools that accelerate your team, never replace the judgment. If a draft is going out the door, a human read it. That’s a rule.

Depends entirely on scope. A single HubSpot workflow is a different number than a custom internal tool with three system integrations and ongoing maintenance. Most engagements start with a paid audit, then scope the build from there. That way you only commit once we know what’s worth building.

Testimonials

In their own words.

  • “WOW, I think City Museum’s website is the BEST ATTRACTION website I have ever seen. You so brilliantly captured the essence of this place in the brand study (which isn’t an easy thing to do) and then did an equally spectacular job of transporting that to the website. The messaging is on point, the site is clever and fun yet still easy to use, we are super pleased!”

    Traci Blanks, Parks Premier
