Grilling Like Cavemen with CrossFit 26
It’s pretty obvious by now that we’re big fans of BBQ here at Atomicdust – we did just host our third annual community bbq in September. And we’re excited to be participating in CrossFit 26’s first-ever Caveman Paleo Cook-Off.
We’ve been working with CrossFit 26 for a year now, staying busy designing them a new website, working to expand their membership with Facebook Ads and hitting up morning WODs (some of us more than others).
This paleo-only BBQ competition is on Saturday, November 22, at CrossFit 26’s gym in St. Louis. We’re not only sponsoring the event, but our (award-winning) grillmaster James Dixson is competing as well.
