A Bowl New Look

When we started working on the website, we knew we’d need to get creative with imagery.

Sweet Beginnings

A family-owned ingredient company needed a new logo and website as streamlined as their operations and as friendly as their company culture. Atomicdust delivered a modern website design that warms up the often-monotonous ingredient industry.

Sweet Beginnings

IFPC, or International Food Products Corporation, got its start supplying food companies with sugar. Over the last 40 years, they’ve greatly expanded their technology and offerings. Their logo felt dated, and their website didn’t show the full range of high-quality and custom ingredients they distribute and manufacture.

Freshening Up

IFPC’s original logo consisted of three flags and only included the word International. The brand wanted a more contemporary aesthetic and an ownable moniker, without making a complete departure from the current look. We gave the typeface, flags and color palette a more modern update, while condensing the mark to make it responsive, ensuring consistency across web, print, billboards—anywhere it may need to go.

A Bowl New Look

When we started working on the website, we knew we’d need to get creative with imagery. Many of IFPC’s ingredients often come in the form of white, off-white and sometimes beige powders, so we needed to introduce texture and color in new ways. We found vessels—wooden bowls, blue dishes, white spoons—and looked at the raw ingredients that the powders come from—corn kernels, stevia leaves and honeycomb—to add depth, variety and visual interest.

A Little More Conversation

Raw ingredients have a tendency to be dry in more ways than one. When it came to crafting messaging, we wanted to make sure that the content wasn’t too dense or too vague and focused on the benefits of working with IFPC. Across the site, we kept copy friendly, conversational and easy to digest.

Baking in the Benefits

Creating a landing page for each ingredient category gave us the opportunity to tell the bigger story. From sugar to starches to specialty blends, each page tells the story of how IFPC’s products, partners and people solve clients’ problems and offer valuable insights into the industry.

The Recipe for Success

With a fresh logo, clean experience, friendly content and a bright look and feel, IFPC’s new website showcases their range of offerings, decades of experience and logistical prowess. It makes a 40-year-old company feel modern and savvy while celebrating its customer-centric legacy.
