Vantage Credit Union has been a trusted financial partner in the St. Louis region for more than 60 years. As the competitive landscape evolved, Vantage needed a digital presence that could compete with new and bigger players while staying true to their hyper-local, community-focused roots.

The credit union’s existing site wasn’t flexible, wasn’t driving leads and wasn’t telling the story of what made them different. After their internal team completed a brand evolution, Vantage partnered with Atomicdust to build a conversion-focused website that reflects the changes.

Vantage needed a site that would strike the right balance: approachable, but expert. Easy to read, but built to rank. Packed with the modern features audiences expect, plus something the big players can’t offer: real, personalized support and deep community roots.

Our approach hit that mark through three moves: SEO to get Vantage seen, user journey mapping to guide visitors toward action and storytelling that makes Vantage feel like the neighbor who’s always ready to help.

The site’s architecture will influence its SEO performance for years to come, so this step was crucial. Individual branch pages are optimized to rank for location-based keywords, while a streamlined rates page makes it easy for internal teams to update data and visitors to quickly find the info they need. A spectrum of forms capture both quick inquiries and more qualified leads. Working closely with Vantage Credit Union’s website development partner, Silvertech, we ensured every decision was made with real people, search engines and LLMs in mind, building a flexible platform that could grow with Vantage’s needs.
