Their decision to launch a new website was based on the desire to better showcase their expertise, improve user experience, and create a platform that reflects the company’s recent growth and capabilities in evolving industries.

Kadean has been growing in both size and geography, but the existing website didn’t effectively showcase the company’s capabilities or differentiators. Rather than trying to make an outdated site fit their needs, they chose to build a stronger foundation—creating a new website that serves as a dynamic sales tool to highlight Kadean’s expertise and projects.

Drawing inspiration from architectural plans, we created a visual system that emphasizes Kadean’s process, precision and expertise. The design introduces structure and clarity, with designated spaces for content that help visitors quickly locate information no matter the context. Subtle nods to blueprints appear throughout, reinforcing the company’s expertise while presenting information in a neat, digestible format.

The reimagined project portfolio enhances how Kadean showcases its work, making it easier for visitors to explore projects by industry or type. Individual project pages highlight key statistics, photo galleries and client benefits—demonstrating how Kadean brings each client’s vision to life with expertise and innovation.

Structured storytelling.

While most competitors just list services, Kadean’s new site goes deeper—using the brand’s values and expertise to deliver an engaging experience. Previously text-heavy pages use thoughtful organization, visual hierarchy and more straightforward messaging. Now, copy speaks directly to potential clients and subcontractors, articulating Kadean’s experience without overwhelming readers.

Engineered for engagement.

Pages on the site unfold information as visitors scroll, with parallax effects and animations filling the page with motion. On the homepage, a custom accordion showcases the company’s values, turning what could have been static content into an interactive experience that invites exploration. This keeps users engaged and learning more—a subtle but effective selling strategy that outshines typical construction websites.

But the solution isn’t just aesthetic. A robust tagging system connects related content, so when visitors explore an industry page, they automatically see relevant case studies. New location pages reflect the company’s expanding footprint, and growth that wasn’t visible on the old site.
