Momentus Technologies, formerly known as Ungerboeck, is the ultimate event management software solution for major venues around the globe. With its robust platform, all aspects of planning are coordinated to produce extraordinary experiences. No matter the size, venue or host, Momentus keeps everything and everyone on schedule.

As Ungerboeck, the company grew to reach worldwide audiences as its software gained a strong reputation for its range of customization and features. In recent years, however, the business had evolved—and so had the industry. After acquiring several competitors and advancing its product capabilities even more, Ungerboeck needed a new name and brand to reflect the changes and solidify its position at the forefront of the market.

Building the brand.

The new visual brand needed to live up to the name—and powerful technology. A stylized asterisk in the logo brings color and movement, but more importantly, it tells the story of connection and collaboration, representing the details, people and energy that come together to create unforgettable events. In the middle of it all: one centralized platform that makes it all possible.
