She’s been in their shoes. Twice.
Yep, before Nicholle joined our team, she hired Atomicdust twice. She brought us in to build websites while leading marketing for Secure Data Technologies and National Cart Co.
(Hiring us once, seeing how we work from the client side, and then hiring us again was already a big compliment. Deciding she wanted to be part of our team was an even bigger one.)
That experience gives her a valuable perspective for clients. She’s experienced the process and managed the high stakes. When she joined Atomicdust, she already knew the work, the people behind it and what client teams could expect. Now, as she puts together project proposals, she works carefully to make sure clients’ needs are covered from the very beginning.
A native St. Louisan, Nicholle built her career in inside sales and support, events and marketing, which gave her a foundation built on accountability, not just quotas.
Nicholle does her best work fueled by a heavy rotation of old-school hip-hop and rock—think Run-DMC, Dr. Dre and U2—with the occasional Mel Robbins podcast mixed in.
Outside our Midtown office, you’ll find her in Wentzville hosting friends and family (she’s an aunt to 12), or taking her RV out with her husband, Mike, and their mini goldendoodle Ellie.
