New Halski Studio Website Puts Images Front and Center

Mark and Jen Halski of Halski Studio have been working together for over a decade to capture the essence of great brands in photographs and films. We’ve collaborated with them on a number of great projects, like the award-winning Yurbuds website.

We believe their work truly represents the best of what’s coming out of the Midwest creative scene, so we wanted to put it front and center when we designed their new website. We didn’t want to hide these arresting images behind a conventional web layout. Arresting images and videos dominate every page of the site, providing all of the structure, color and vibrancy these talented creatives need to tell their story.

It’s a story that can be told anywhere, too. We built the website to be responsive, so it resizes and rearranges the pictures, movies and navigation for various screen sizes and resolutions, including mobile phones and tablets. And because it’s built on the WordPress content management system, giving them the perfect platform to attract new clients, share projects and offer insights across search and social media. As their story continues to evolve, they can easily update the website without any additional development.

The site was recently featured on the St. Louis Egotist, and here’s what Mark had to say about it:

“Atomicdust killed it for us. They gave us exactly what we wanted, a clean but engaging site where our positioning is clear, and the work speaks for itself.”
