Atomicdust Team Hits the Stage at MDMC 2025

“Ask anything.”

That simple directive in ChatGPT—and really, AI overall—is changing marketing. AI tools can outline strategies, write copy, generate images and handle tasks marketers used to spend hours on. Is it a little terrifying? Sure. Is it also really exciting? Absolutely.

Atomicdust’s Founder and Partner Mike Spakowski has been closely following AI’s evolution, experimenting with ChatGPT, Claude, Clay and other AI tools for the last several years.

He’s built a job board website, campaign creative and even a marketing platform—all fueled by automation, AI and an obsession with pursuing big ideas. (It’s a process that’s recently been dubbed “vibe coding.”)

But Mike’s also acutely aware of how AI impacts marketing agencies and the field overall—and has lost a few nights’ sleep making sense of it all.

So next month, Mike’s taking the stage at Midwest Digital Marketing Conference 2025 with a talk called “Today’s Creative Briefs Are Tomorrow’s AI Prompts (and Other Things That Keep Me Up at Night.” He’s going to dive into the constantly changing world of AI, and how that’s reshaping how we can use AI to amplify creativity, build killer marketing systems and create experiences audiences rave about. He’s even going to share some projects he’s been working on in the hours when he can’t sleep.

Hosted May 13-14 by the University of Missouri–St. Louis, MDMC attracts hundreds of attendees each year. This year, speakers from LinkedIn, Equifax, Salesforce, JP Morgan and more will cover topics across the digital marketing spectrum, from social media, digital advertising and email marketing to behavioral psychology and trendjacking.

Add Mike’s session to your personal MDMC calendar.

But Mike’s not the only Atomicduster speaking at this year’s MDMC.

Last year, Blaise Hart-Schmidt, Atomicdust’s Director of Marketing & Sales, led an MDMC session about developing ICPs and audience personas to use in B2B marketing. This year, she’ll participate in a content marketing-focused roundtable.

Featuring a handful of content marketers, the roundtable will function as an informal, but thought-provoking discussion between roundtable speakers and audience members—all around employee- and user-generated content, storytelling and more.

MDMC tickets are still available and we would love to see you there. Bring coffee though. Mike probably hasn’t slept.
