New Business Developer
Atomicdust is looking for an enthusiastic and talented new business developer to join our team. The developer will play a crucial role in our agency’s success by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships and generating revenue. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in agency sales, a passion for creativity and a knack for understanding client needs.
You should be able to:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels and engage leads through the sales process
- Respond to inbound inquiries, providing information about our services and tailoring solutions to meet client needs
- Identify and understand the goals and pain points of decision makers and influencers to develop proposals that align with their needs
- Give compelling sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, to educate clients about our agency’s capabilities and offerings
- Manage a pipeline of leads through the sales funnel and report on performance
- Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts to close deals while ensuring profitability
- Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute significantly to the agency’s revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience research, competitors and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for business development
Here’s what we think it will take:
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience in an agency setting, preferably in branding, web design or digital marketing services
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A client-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with our creative and project management teams
