Senior Designer (Brand-Driven UI/UX)

Senior Designer (Brand-Driven UI/UX)

We’re Atomicdust—and if you’re a senior-level designer who can turn brand strategy into memorable, intuitive digital experiences, we’d like to get to know you.

You’ll help us create brands from scratch, craft high-fidelity website designs in Figma, and partner with our developers to launch those sites in WordPress (Elementor or Kadence). It’s a roll-up-your-sleeves role that demands as much strategic thinking as hands-on making.

You should be able to

  • Lead branding and web-design projects (UX + UI) from kickoff through hand-off.
  • Develop and express complex messages clearly—visually and verbally.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with writers, developers, account managers and clients.
  • Translate designs into web-friendly prototypes that keep devs smiling.
  • Juggle multiple projects without dropping the details.
  • Present and defend ideas to teams and clients with equal parts confidence and humility.
  • Take direction, ask questions (even the “stupid” ones) and roll with the punches when plans change.

And here’s what we think it will take

  • 4+ years creating brand identities and web experiences that actually shipped (agency or in-house).
  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma; comfort designing within Elementor or Kadence constraints.
  • Deep knowledge of UX best practices, accessibility standards and responsive design—plus the instinct to know when to push boundaries.
  • Awareness of the web’s capabilities and limitations—and a knack for spotting workarounds.
  • Strong typography chops and an eye for motion, photography and art direction.
  • Low ego, clear communicator, natural collaborator.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with GSAP, Lottie or other lightweight motion tools for smoother hand-offs.
  • A mild obsession with variable fonts, micro-interactions or the latest design-system chatter.
