Atomicdust Showcases Design and History for Koplar Properties

Atomicdust Showcases Design and History for Koplar Properties

The Koplar family has been a part of real estate development in St. Louis since the 1920s. They have created some of the St. Louis region’s most memorable, iconic architectural landmarks and cultural institutions, including the Chase Park Plaza and KPLR-11 TV. They also launched several children’s television programs, including the recently revived Voltron.

Using Koplar’s existing logo and messaging, Atomicdust created a website that showcases their more recent projects, including the Maryland Plaza and York House renovations, and delves into the Koplar family history and the properties various generations of the families have crafted over the years.

The site is built using our old friend, WordPress, and illustrates the point that not all WordPress sites have to look like a blog template.

Much of the photography on the website was shot by Atomicdust staffers Jason Stoff and James Dixson. We should also mention that the site is built with a ‘fluid’ layout. It will resize itself based on the viewer’s screen size. Making all those wonderful photos fit best on smaller laptops and iPads.

Check out the Koplar Properties Website, but also take advantage of this lovely weather St. Louis has been having lately and head down to the Central West End and see their work for yourself.
