Get to Know Jess Wroughton, Atomicdust’s Newest Project Manager

Jess Wroughton is more than a project manager; she’s an advocate, resource and dedicated client partner.

Jess grew up in an entrepreneurial family, providing her with firsthand experience in the business world and teaching her how to overcome obstacles with strategy and resourcefulness.

After earning a degree in business administration, Jess planned to work for her family business, a materials and services provider for residential construction companies. But her passion for communication led her to marketing, working at companies ranging from a tech startup to a marketing agency to a multinational healthcare corporation. Eventually, she became a freelance marketing consultant, helping businesses develop strategies to scale.

What truly sets Jess apart as a Project Manager is her unwavering commitment to helping clients and teams achieve their goals. Observant and detail-oriented, Jess constantly looks for ways to streamline processes and improve outcomes while also keeping the experience enjoyable for everyone involved.

Clients will be delighted to have Jess on their projects, knowing that complexity doesn’t intimidate her. Her fearlessness in making bold decisions allows her to navigate challenges with confidence. She’s driven to make a positive impact and leave the world in a better state than she found it, making her an invaluable asset to any endeavor.

Away from the office, Jess and her husband love getting outside, working on home improvement projects and tending to their garden. They’re always looking for new places to explore with their two kids (Wroughton family favorites include Elephant Rocks and Caledonia) and love grilling and making s’mores in the backyard.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jess to Atomicdust. Her unique background, passion for problem-solving and bright attitude align perfectly with our team. If you see her around, make sure to say hi!
