St. Louis Design Week 2012

St. Louis Design Week 2012

At our ‘Things We’ve Learned So Far‘ presentation for REBUS last night, our closing bit of advice was ‘Support Your Community.’ And there’s no greater opportunity to do that than with the upcoming St. Louis Design Week.

St. Louis Design Week is a weeklong series of events that celebrate the impact of design in St. Louis. It’s for everyone – designers, architects, illustrators, photographers – anyone that is passionate about the creative community in St. Louis.

We were honored when we were asked to create a website for Design Week this year, and are proud to see some of our clients (the teams from Yurbuds, Pastaria and St. Louis BWorks) participating in the events.

St. Louis Design Week kicks off Monday, September 24, with ARTEFFECT at the Contemporary Art Museum, and features events all week long. Some of our favorites are back from last year – DART St. Louis at FK Photo Studio, the FORM Contemporary Design Show, the FUSION industrial design exhibition and Pecha Kucha Night at Plush. And this year’s festivities include some new events – an update on March’s GOOD Ideas for Cities,  an afternoon business symposium at COCA and a family-friendly, docent-led bike tour to showcase St. Louis’ architectural landmarks.

So basically, clear your calendars for September 24-30th. You don’t want to miss these events.
