Atomicdust Earns Seven American Graphic Design Awards

Purposeful design is at the heart of every great brand. It can create an emotional connection with customers, helping to shape how people feel, think and engage with a company. Great design isn’t just about creating aesthetically pleasing visuals; it’s about making a lasting impression, solving business challenges and engaging customers in a meaningful way.

So we were thrilled to learn Atomicdust had earned seven 2022 Graphic Design USA American Graphic Design awards.

Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) is a leading trade publication for graphic design professionals—one Atomicdust is proud to have been featured in several times over the years. The annual competition, the American Graphic Design Awards, recognizes outstanding work in the industry. The 2022 59th-anniversary design showcase featured 750 projects with more than 14,000 entries.

High Five Strategies helps companies make changes that stick. To help inform, inspire and reassure its audiences, we designed a bold, one-page website. With bright and vivid colors, compelling copy and a modern design, the site encourages users to take the first step toward a brighter future.

We knew the website we designed for City Museum had to be more than just functional. It had to convey a sense of fun and wonder while providing straightforward navigation. We created several fun animations and interactive elements to achieve this, ensuring the website was engaging and informative. We also added a few surprises for visitors to discover, creating a sense of exploration and delight.

 

Multiple colors of the Vettex packaging design

Markwort Sporting Goods needed an eye-catching Vettex packaging design to catch shoppers’ attention. We matched the packaging to its 23 mouthguard colors, giving customers a rainbow of choices. The new packaging design also included a product illustration pointing out the features and benefits. The additional visual appeal created an attractive product that could compete in a crowded market.

 

City of O'Fallon digital ads

The City of O’Fallon is committed to building a strong and supportive community. We crafted digital advertising campaigns tailored to three distinct audiences and focused on the city’s unique and vibrant qualities.

To accurately reflect its unique identity, the City Museum needed a just as imaginative brand. With this in mind, we updated their logo, slogan and other promotional materials to evoke the idea that creativity doesn’t have boundaries and can stretch as far as one’s imagination.

Our team has fun creating Atomicdust’s client holiday gifts every year, using design and humor to make something our partners will enjoy. Our custom-designed decks of cards received a nod from the 2022 GDUSA American Design Awards.

 

St. Louis Language Immersion School

Teaching classes in both English and one of three additional languages, St. Louis Language Immersion School prepares students for life as global citizens. We designed a brand identity that members throughout the school community could adopt and be proud of.
