Atomicdust Earns Seven 2021 MarCom Awards

Atomicdust Earns Seven 2021 MarCom Awards

“Do good work and share it with people.”

According to author and artist Austin Kleon, that’s the secret to creative success. And it’s one that we live by at Atomicdust. After creating awesome things that make our clients’ lives easier, actually sharing it with the world is vital.

Sometimes, we share that work through competition entries, to see how it stacks up against other website design, branding and marketing work. We recently submitted several projects to the 2021 MarCom Awards and were excited to have all seven of our entries recognized—including three platinum, two gold and two honorable mentions.

It’s not anything we take lightly, especially when looking at the other names in the winner’s gallery—names like PepsiCo, Harper Collins, NAACP, 3M Design and Fidelity Investments, not to mention other top marketing agencies from around the country. The awards have recognized the best in creative print and digital marketing since 2004, with more than 6,000 entries submitted every year.

Curious to see which of our projects won honors this year? Keep scrolling.

First up, the platinum winners:

The McCarthy holiday "Share Your Good" website design on an iPad

The holiday microsite we designed for McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. to celebrate the good parts of a tough year (2020) earned platinum. After the holidays, we updated the site to look good year-round.

Bass Pro Shops website design on a tablet

We also designed the About pages of the Bass Pro Shops website to tell the brand’s (and founder’s) story, as well as share how the company serves its communities. It earned a platinum award.

Interior spread of the SumnerOne print production brochure

The production print brochure we designed for managed IT company, SumnerOne, also earned platinum.

Gold MarCom Award winners:

Earning a gold MarCom Award, the Franklin Madison website makes the company and its services approachable and easy-to-understand for all audiences.

A laptop with the new M+H Architects website design

The website we designed to help M+H Architects share its increasingly notable projects also won gold.

And finally, the honorable mentions:

Posters showing the new Cor Jesu Academy brand identity

When we created the new brand identity for Cor Jesu Academy, this poster was one of the creative expressions. It earned an honorable mention.

Atomicdust holiday client gifts from 2020, including a card, hand-poured candles with funny labels and custom matches

And lastly, the custom candles we produced as part of our 2020 client holiday gifts also earned an honorable mention.

Congrats to all of our clients who were simultaneously honored in this year’s awards (we literally couldn’t have done it without you) and thank you to the MarCom Awards for recognizing our work!
