Beth Bennett and Katie Werges Pour Named Creative Directors
Atomicdust has been growing rapidly lately.
To keep up with demand (and utilize their impressive talents), Atomicdust recently named designers Beth Bennett and Katie Werges Pour as Creative Directors.
Both Beth and Katie started as Atomicdust interns, and for more than a decade, they’ve developed industry-leading brand identities, websites and marketing materials that have helped our clients grow.
Katie joined the team in 2007 and quickly became known for her eye-catching brand identities and big-picture thinking. Strategic in her approach to developing authentic brand identities and marketing materials, she encourages team members to push creative, explore new angles and develop adaptable and scalable design systems.
Over the years, Katie has helped a wide range of clients navigate business and creative obstacles, and has led award-winning projects like the Crazy Bowls branding, City Museum website design, Missouri History Museum visitor experience design and Better Life branding and marketing. In her new role, she manages the creative teams for our digital marketing and creative services clients, bringing design thinking to internal processes and client challenges.
Katie and her husband help run their family winery, The Pour Vineyard, and raise their toddler.
Beth joined Atomicdust in 2011. Since then, she’s worked on countless award-winning projects and developed an unmatched skill for B2B web design, UX and brand identities. With an insightful approach to design, an enduring drive to improve processes and deliverables, and the ability to blend storytelling with serious business objectives, she’s gained a reputation as a top-tier designer.
Her long list of successful projects includes the Enterprise Fleet Management and Entegral websites, Convoy of Hope website design, Mercy homepage design and St. Louis Science Center brand and web design. As Creative Director, Beth leads all branding and website design projects, driving innovation and vision within Atomicdust work.
Also a wife and mom of three, Beth stays busy exploring St. Louis’ parks and trails with her family.
Collectively, the two Creative Directors have earned dozens of awards for their work, including w3 Awards, Graphic Design USA Awards, MarCom Awards and more. Their work has been recognized by Identity Designed, The Dieline, Art of the Menu and Communication Arts.
For years, Katie and Beth have brought excitement, energy and critical thinking to Atomicdust’s clients and internal teams. We’re thrilled to celebrate the new Creative Directors and look forward to seeing them shape projects that help solve our clients’ business challenges.
Join us in congratulating Katie and Beth!
