Atomicdust Wins Eight GDUSA 2020 American Graphic Design Awards
Atomicdust enters several competitions each year—and Graphic Design USA’s annual American Graphic Design Awards is one of our favorites.
We’re big fans of GDUSA (you should see the stacks of back issues at our office), and our team is always honored when the organization acknowledges our work.
This year, we were thrilled to hear our work earned eight American Graphic Design Awards, GDUSA’s flagship competition now in its 57th year. The 2020 competition received more than 10,000 entries, with only the top 10% selected as winners.
Our winning projects included branding, web design, environmental graphics, package design, social media graphics and more, and we’re honored both by the individual awards and the diverse categories of design for which we were recognized. Keep scrolling to see the winning work.
We created a new, modern brand identity for ClaimChoice, a health insurance third party administrator, to help the company stand out in its industry.
City of O’Fallon Mural Design
After working with the City of O’Fallon, Illinois to generate economic development, we designed an interactive mural that attracts visitors and generates social content for the area.

Missouri History Museum Environmental Graphics
One of the city’s best museums engaged Atomicdust to improve its visitor experience—including new environmental graphics, wayfinding signage and even furniture throughout the building.
Inspired by basement hangouts and backyard barbecues, we designed Recess’ brand identity by combining nostalgia and modernism, action and relaxation.
Better Life Refill Package Design
Better Life makes natural cleaning products that are plant based, biodegradable and never tested on animals. We created packaging design for the company’s 5-gallon containers to help customers cut down on single-use plastic.
EyePromise Screenshield Landing Page
EyePromise is a nutraceutical brand that focuses on eye health. We helped the company break into the emerging e-sports world by creating an attention-grabbing landing page targeted to gamers.
